Meridian provides an AI-powered code review and engineering intelligence platform that helps development teams analyze pull requests, enforce code quality standards, and detect security vulnerabilities. Our service integrates with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines to deliver automated code review and insights.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Account Registration
To use Meridian, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are using Meridian on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Meridian only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to infringe on intellectual property rights, harass others, reverse-engineer our systems, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if your use of our services poses a risk to other users or our infrastructure.
Intellectual Property
Meridian and its associated trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of Meridian, Inc. Our services, including all software, algorithms, and documentation, are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all code and content you provide through our services. By using Meridian, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your code solely for the purpose of providing code review analysis. Your code is never stored beyond the duration of an analysis session.

Disclaimers
Meridian is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated code review feedback may contain errors and should be reviewed before being acted upon.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meridian, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meridian, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately if you breach these Terms or if we determine that your use poses a risk to our platform.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
